Add on pitching training. 2025 the options have changed. PLEASE READ before purchasing.
We are adjusting the pitching approach based on feedback from participants. This is no longer a 5 day clinic. We heard that 5 days is too much for the girls, and that you would like to see the group sizes a little smaller to receive more personalized instruction at the appropriate level.
We have decreased group sizes and changed the pitching clinic into 2 days per option. Yes, you may purchase both options if you want your child to come all 4 days, but please read so you know what to expect. If you are unsure what category your child belongs in please reach out to us and we will help you select.
Option 1: Beginner: This will occur Monday and Wednesday 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. This is aimed toward beginner pitchers, or pitchers who are struggling with the fundamental steps. As a group we will be breaking down each step and focusing on fundamentals (wrist snaps, grip, pitching warm up routine, etc)
Option 2: Experienced and Advanced: This will occur Tuesday and Thursday 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. This is aimed towards pitchers with experience, who have successfully pitched in games before and has some control over pitch location. These sessions will be half throwing pitches, and half drills to improve accuracy and speed. We will work on changes ups as well.
